Do you want to help create a safe, curious, and educational everyday life for children? We are now looking for two qualified preschool teachers who want to become part of our teams. With us, you will help shape a preschool where children's curiosity, learning, and participation are at the center.

About the position

We are currently looking for two preschool teachers, one for Kompassens Preschool and one for Tolvåkers Preschool. Both are located centrally in Löddeköpinge with good commuting options and close to beautiful green areas.

At our preschool, the value, voice, and abilities of the children are at the center. We work in small groups and create a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore, influence, and develop together. The education is built on curiosity, participation, and meaningful learning.

Play is a central part of the teaching and is used consciously to strengthen children's language, imagination, and social skills. As a pedagogue, you are present and co-researching, and we develop learning environments that spark a desire to learn. During the year, we work with a common theme book that creates context, community, and a clear sense of "we." Our language-developing approach permeates the activity through read-alouds, conversations, and play.

As a preschool teacher, you plan, implement, and develop the teaching based on the curriculum. You create a safe and inclusive environment, collaborate closely with colleagues, and build good relationships with guardians. The work also includes documentation and follow-up within our systematic quality work.

• have a clear child focus and see every child's possibilities
• are engaged, positive, and solution-oriented
• enjoy collaborating and creating good relationships
• communicate clearly in speech and writing

About the employment

Selection will take place on an ongoing basis.

Before employment with us, we will ask you to present an extract from the Police's Criminal Record Register. The extract we require is "School or Preschool" and you need to request the extract yourself, which you can find on the police's website: Criminal Record Register - Request Extract | The Swedish Police Authority (https://polisen.se).

Once you have your extract, you then present it to the recruiting manager. The fastest way to get your extract is to use the e-service and order it online with BankId.

You also need to show a passport or national ID card issued by the police at the interview.
